John Kissling
Director
John oversees all things web including the tech behind the scenes. Over 20 years of experience dealing with servers, networking and coding as well as a background in commercial art and marketing provides a unique perspective to each project.

Christian Roman
Lead Developer
Christian has a knack for creating clean, efficient code quickly. Experienced in WordPress, Joomla, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and more he provides the overview for bringing the web design team’s visions to life.
"My previous education comes from receiving my high school degree from LEAP Academy Charter High School and a Culinary Arts Degree / Associates from Atlantic Cape Community College.
Before joining Hopeworks, I had little to no experience with IT. I had taken a short course on HTML/CSS a year prior, but by the time I started the training room, most of what I had learned was forgotten. But what I did have were an arsenal of soft skills I had gotten from my previous experiences working in the Culinary Field. Skills like working under pressure in a fast paced environment, ability to work in a team, communication, attention to detail, and hospitality."
Andie Boberick
Team Lead - Designer
Andie focuses on the visual impact of the websites providing training and management of our interns while finessing and adding impact to final designs.
A background in restaurant management with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design allows Andie to manage multiple projects while guiding the interns on daily project tasks.

Kolby Johnson
Team Lead - Development
Kolby gracefully balances the demands of onboarding our interns while teaching and keeping the team updated on development changes across digital platforms.
Before joining our team Kolby worked as a Direct Support Professional providing care for area patients in South Jersey.
Interests: Music, Art, Family and his Doggo.

Nothing quite sums up our team of interns like the above. Our young professionals come to our department through our training program at Hopeworks where they learn the basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, the foundations of building a website as well as training with Content Management Systems. Their desire to learn and improve their already strong skillset when they enter our internship never ceases to impress our staff.
